Do you have experience as a Field Engineer? Have you worked on a Service Desk? Are looking for a stepping stone into management? I am seeking a highly motivated Field Resource Coordinator to ensure calls and incidents received are managed in accordance with contract/SLA agreements. The role would be to ensure that all incidents are passed to the correctly skilled and located engineer and manage to completion in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: - Responsible for managing calls within the SLA,
- Accurately logging and solving calls and incidents
- Update all open calls daily and follow up requests for updates from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Report and log customer concerns or requirements to personnel in other departments in an appropriate and timely manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction.
To be successful in this role you will possess: - Minimum typing ability of 40wpm
- Service Desk experience - 2 years plus - Field services experience valued
- Must have excellent communication skills - primarily verbal.
- Solid telephone skills and customer service etiquette.
- Proficient knowledge of IT - PC windows environment
- Warm, welcoming, mature approach to dealing with people
- Empathy through respect, understanding & communication
- Responsive to customer's
- Calm disposition, self managed with excellent time management skills.
